<p>Erdoorheen:</p>

<li>stukje komkommer (met schil),</li>
<li>1 kleine wortel (met groen).</li>
</ul>
<p>Gebruik je groene poeders (spirulina, chlorella, tarwegras, gerstegras of wat dan ook &#8230;) Meng ze door je ontbijt :).</p>
<p>Vul aan met water of <a href="http://www.benlicher.nl/zelf-amandelmelk-maken/">notenmelk</a> zodat het de dikte krijgt die je graag drinkt. Zo ongeveer 5 &#8211; 600 cc in totaal.</p>
<p>Maximaal 1 minuut in je powerblender, iets langer in de normale huishoudblenders.</p>
<p>Neem de tijd, doe er een uurtje over om het op te drinken. Meng je smoothie met speeksel.</p>
<p>&#8216;t Staat voor ons nu allemaal in de week. Morgenvroeg fruit erdoorheen. 30 seconden en klaar :).</p>

<p>Amandelmelk is zacht en een beetje zoetig.</p>
<p>Amandelen moet je wel 8 tot 12 uur weken in een ruime kom met koud water. Zoals de meeste rauwe noten. Dit omdat er enzym remmers en fytinezuur in zit. Door de amandelen te weken en daarna goed af te spoelen is dat allemaal weg. Ze worden lichter verteerbaar en doordat de amandel begint te kiemen stijgt de voedingswaarde met 200%. De bruine schilletjes hoef je er niet af te halen.</p>

<li>500 ml geweekte en gespoelde amandelen</li>
<li>1250 ml water</li>
</ul>

<p>In de blender en een minuutje laten draaien, of langer. Totdat de amandelen helemaal fijn zijn. Door een fijne zeef zeven en dan is de amandelmelk klaar! Een snufje zout zorgt ervoor dat de smaak beter tot haar recht komt.</p>
<p>Je kan het als basis voor je <a href="http://www.benlicher.nl/een-zuiverend-sapje-als-ontbijt/">superontbijtje</a> of smoothies gebruiken, in plaats van water. Je groene smoothies worden smeuïger en zachter van smaak. Of je maakt de melk nog lekkerder met:</p>

<li>Dadels</li>
<li>Honing</li>

</ul>
<p>Als je aan het experimenteren slaat verzin je vast nog lekkerdere combinaties. Ik bewaar het een glazen fles wel 5 dagen in de koelkast.</p>

<p><span id="more-3217"></span>Doe de appel (zonder pitjes, met schil en al), de agavesiroop en het water in de blender zodat het samen 1 liter sap wordt. Roer in een schaal het zaad en de bessen er door en roer gedurende een half uur een paar keer.</p>

Na een half uur moet het al aardig stijf, geleiachtig zijn vanwege de chia zaden. Giet het in puddingvormpjes en laat een paar uur afkoelen. Blijft minstens 24 uur goed in de koelkast.</p>
<p>Dit puddinkje is supergezond en vult lekker. Makkelijk mee te nemen naar je werk als lunch. Lijkt me heerlijk om ook eens met een banaan in plaats van een appel te maken!</p>

<p>Als je met de komkommer en de selderij begint, dan wordt de rest makkelijker gemalen.</p>

<li>1/2 cup gesneden rode of groene kool</li>
<li>1/4 komkommer</li>
<li>4 boerenkool bladeren (of een handje spinazie)</li>
<li>15 takjes peterselie</li>
<li>1/4 gesneden brocoli</li>
</ul>
<p><span id="more-3206"></span>Gooi er een klein radijsje, een stukje gember of wat citroensap doorheen voor een ander smaakje. Een paar dadels of een banaan maken het wat zoeter.</p>
<p>Als het te veel is om in een keer op te drinken; het blijft wel een dag of twee goed in de koelkast in een goed gevulde fles, of vries het in.</p>
<p>Behalve dat dit sapje zuiverend werkt, je krijgt er ook een heleboel energie van.</p>

<p>Honing geneest wonden. Tip een wondje aan met een beetje honing, plak er een pleister over en de volgende dag is het bijna weg. Honing doodt bacteriën en versnelt het genezingsproces. Die pleister is niet altijd nodig. Gewoon af en toe insmeren met honing.</p>
<p>Honing trekt wondvocht aan, er zit een enzym in, glucose-oxidase, dat in combinatie met wondvocht omgezet wordt in gluconzuur en waterstofperoxide. Waterstofperoxide doodt bacteriën.<br />
Honingzalf is ook te koop bij de apotheek.</p>

<p>Af en toe een beetje honing op je lippen, nagelriemen of je ellebogen &#8230; Droog wordt zacht en zoet. Voor m&#8217;n schoonvader heb ik ooit een paar druppels Echinea gemengd met honing en die smeerde dat op z&#8217;n pijnlijke jicht gewrichten. Hij zei dat het hielp &#8230;</p>
<p>Gebruik koud geslingerde honing zonder pesticiden. De honing moet in het donker opgeslagen worden. Lindehoning schijnt het beste te zijn.</p>

<li>Children believe not only that there will be a tomorrow, and many tomorrows, but they also believe that each tomorrow will be rewarding and filled with discovery.</li>
<li>They feel themselves couched in an overall feeling of security and safety, even in the face of an unpleasant environment or situation.</li>
<li>They feel drawn to other people and to other creatures, and left alone they trust their contacts with others.</li>
<li>They have an inbred sense of self-satisfaction and self appreciation, and they instinctively feel that it is natural and good for them to explore and develop their capabilities.</li>
<li>They expect relationships to be rewarding and continuing, and expect each event will have the best possible results.</li>
<li>They enjoy communication, the pursuit of knowledge, and they are filled with curiosity.</li>
</ul>
<p>All of those attitudes provide the strength and mental health that promotes their physical growth and development. However simple those ideas may sound to the adult, still they carry within them the needed power and impetus that fill all of life’s parts. Later, conflicting beliefs often smother such earlier attitudes, so that by the time children have grown into adults they actually hold almost an opposite set of hypotheses.</p>
<ul>
<li>These take for granted that any stressful situation will worsen,</li>
<li>that communication with others is dangerous,</li>
<li>that self-fulfillment brings about the envy and vengeance of others, and</li>
<li>that as individuals they live in an unsafe society, set down in the middle of a natural world that is itself savage, cruel, and caring only for its own survival at any cost.</li>

De Tattwa kaarten kun je gebruiken om te mediteren of om te oefenen in het zien van aura&#8217;s. Ik heb ze allemaal getekend volgens de instructies in het boekje. Wel op de PC natuurlijk :-).

<p>De <strong>Tattwa</strong> kaarten kun je gebruiken om te mediteren of om te oefenen in het zien van aura&#8217;s. Ik heb ze allemaal getekend volgens de instructies in het boekje. Wel op de PC natuurlijk :-).</p>
<p>Veel weet ik er nog niet van maar ik vind het al heerlijk om er een tijdje naar te kijken.</p>

<span style="font-weight: normal;">&#8220;Tattwa betekent &#8216;het dat&#8217; en heeft niet zo veel te maken met specifieke dingen, maar eerder met de status &#8211; de vorm van zijn die de dingen kunnen aannemen. Water kan bijvoorbeeld bevriezen, stromen, verdampen of zelfs exploderen, afhankelijk van zijn Tattwa op dat moment. De voorwerpen van de vijf elementen in de Tattwa zijn gelijk aan die van de vijf elementen in de Hermetische filosofie.&#8221;</span></strong></p>
<p><strong>De vijf elementen</strong><br />
De bron van het element van de Tattwa is Akasha, het equivalent van Ether, Geest of het wezenlijke waaruit de 4 wereldlijke elementen ontspringen. Vayu, de heerser van de Lucht, bemiddelt tussen de primaire elementen Vuur en Water, de eerste tegenstelling in de materiële wereld. Vanuit de interactie tussen deze 3 heersers komt Prithvi, of Aarde, naar voren als de heerser die alle voorafgaande elementen laat samensmelten, zodat ze een vaste vorm krijgen.</p>

<p><strong>De kaarten</strong><br />
<a href="http://www.benlicher.nl/fotos/tattwa">Als je op een van de kleine plaatjes klikt</a> krijg je een groter plaatje om naar te staren. Ontspan en kijk er als het ware doorheen totdat je de aura&#8217;s ziet. Die kunnen zelfs gaan flikkeren. Kijk dan naar iets wits vlak bij je scherm, een A4-tje of zo, je innerlijke oog verplaatst het beeld en draait de kleuren om. Bijvoorbeeld het gele vierkant wordt dan paars!</p>
<p><strong>Prithivi</strong>, Aarde wordt voorgesteld door een geel vierkant en paars = de complementaire kleur van geel.<br />
<strong> Apas</strong>, Water wordt voorgesteld door een zilveren wassende maan, de complementaire kleur = zwart<br />
<strong> Tejas</strong>, Vuur wordt voorgesteld door de rode driehoek, de complementaire kleur = groen<br />
<strong> Vayu</strong>, Lucht wordt voorgesteld door de blauwe cirkel, de complementaire kleur = oranje<br />
<strong> Akasha</strong>, Geest (soms ruimte) wordt voorgesteld door het indigokleurige ovaal, de complementaire kleur = groen-geel</p>
